Hello Josh and welcome to the Board,

I'm confused, if its on DVD already, where are trying to move it to?

If you're trying to move it to the HD, can't. You can only copy from DVD to DVD using a DVD burner and that provided its not copy protected.

XP does not have a native DVD burner, only has the ability to burn CD's.

Have to have a 3rd party application such as Roxio - Sonic - Nero to burn DVD's. Do you have any of the 3 I named installed?

    Regards - Charles

    Hi Floyd,

    Bring Sonic up.

    From the main window

In the left panel > Data > Data Disc since its already on the HD.

Back to the Main panel under the Data Disc bar

Click on the Add Data tab and browse for the folder/file.

Add the file(s) itself, not the folder.

    Regards - Charles
