Okay, so when you go into the all programs and double click on a program folder, it should open up explorer and bring you to a directory like C:\Documents and Settings\User\Start Menu\XXXXXX (application name) where all the shortcuts are stored. However, when I do this, it does nothing. How can I fix this? It's a new install of Windows, I have installed on it: Skype, AIM, BitDefender Free 8, CCleaner, uTorrent, FireFox, and some drivers.

    Hello billibob,

Doesn't do that for me either and never did. What it does do is clicking on the item next to the arrow, if multiple shortcuts for any particular program, is execute the program.

Are you saying that the shortcuts are not in All Programs?

    Regards - Charles

The complete path is one directory more than you stated:

    C:\Documents and Settings\User\Start Menu\Programs\xxxxxx (application name)
