Fantastical! I love it when a plan comes togather!

Switch all below to manual reboot run as normal for a day or so
then recheck and any that are still set to manual and did not start can be set to Disabled.

You don't get the faster boot and faster system until they are actually Disabled.

Will increase speed but not to a great degree.

Any that are set to Manual but started anyway leave alone

    Browser Computer Browser
    cisvc Indexing Service
    ClipSrv ClipBook
    Fax Fax Service
    LanmanServer Server
    lanmanworkstation Workstation
    Messenger Messenger
    mnmsrvc NetMeeting Remote Desktop Sharing
RasAuto Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
    RasMan Remote Access Connection Manager
    PolicyAgent IPSEC Policy Agent

    RemoteRegistry Remote Registry Service
    SCardDrv Smart Card Helper
    SCardSvr Smart Card
    SharedAccess Internet Connection Sharing
    UPS Uninterruptible Power Supply
    WZCSVC Wireless Configuration

You did a great job at following instructions.

Manual is not all we need to check!!!!!!!!!!

If they are set to manual then look again and see if any of the Manuals are starting.

The ones that are set to manual but start you need.

The ones that are set to manual and never start should be set to Disabled!

Thanks again Mike I ended up disabling all but the Server (PerfNet error) everything seems to be working just fine. Boot up time may be a touch faster now. Hard to tell but I think it is. If you're ever in So Cal look me up I owe you one!!
