    I think this process , SPY ?

    csrss.exe /SYSTEM
    lsass.exe /SYSTEM
    services.exe /SYSTEM
    smss.exe /SYSTEM

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del all at the same time. That gets you the Task Manager.

Click on the header named CPU and the largest user will come to the top. If not, click it again. Then tell us what is hogging the cpu time.

You are most likely having a visit by some malware - Adware or virus. Run your AV and check things out. Run AdAware or Spybot to clean anything that the AV misses. If still no joy, run HiJackThis and post the log to the Security forum here. You can find links to those softwares in the Security forum as well.

    (3) If autoexec.bat and config.sys found, doing fist
    (4) If unstable shutdown, run CHKDSK first
    (5) goto winxp system. (check login, run desktop...)

thank you. I check "CPU" that code is "00" and ">01" what is this?

I think is "cmd.exe" because I sure no use cmd.exe in my desktop.

    that "CPU" over >1
    cmd.exe /myname
    System Idle Process / SYSTEM
    taskmgr.exe /myname
    Explorer.EXE /myname
    services.exe /myname
    svchost.exe /SYSTEM
    svchost.exe /SYSTEM

    <1 = "00 "
    AcroTray.exe /myname "00 "
    notepad.exe /myname "00 "
    svchost.exe /LOCAL SERVICE "00 "
    ...

You didn't give me any numbers for the cpu usage. Normally you can expect the System Idle Process will be at 97% or above. You seem to indicate that cmd.exe is the biggest user. It shouldn't be running under most normal sessions. Highlight it and click on the End Process button See what that does to tame things down.

And no, cmd.exe is generally not a gremlin, it's the command prompt emulator for XP. You need to run msconfig and see what you have in the Start Up tab that may be causing this problem.

It will be most helpful if you will get something like StartupControl and run it to see just what is calling for the command prompt at startup. That way you can be spared the risk of Registry editing.
