Double check to see if it is delver32.exe or devldr32.exe.

devldr32.exe is for a Creative Labs sound card. You may have a problem with your sound card or driver.

drwtsn32.exe is the error detection/debugger reporter tool supplied by MS. It probably isn't the problem but wants to bring some problem to your attention. Do a drive search for drwtsn32.log and if found double click it. It's a text file and should open in Notepad. See if you can get some clue as to what may be causing the error. Post the file here if you want more help.

You can also check for error messages by running eventvwr.msc from the Run window. Then click on Applications and look for any red or yellow ones.
