hi, just today my little sister was on my account and i think she might have done something to my icons. when i first went on, you could only see the names of the programs, and i logged off and then back on, thinking it was a fluke. but now, certain icons are now replaced with a white box with a blue message box in it. i don't know what is wrong, if anyone would help me out, that would be great

Do you mean the entire icon is changed or are you just talking about the name part of it? If the latter, right click on My Computer>properties>advanced and then click the settings button under performance. Then put a check in the box next to the line that says "use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop ". If it's already checked, try unchecking it and then closing out of everything. Then go back put a check the box again.

Oh, and welcome to the board! :)
