First, thank you in advance for those who are reading this.

I am using a Dell Inspiron E1705 running Windows Media Center XP. The system has experienced a frequency of blue screen crashes, and they are now coming within 5-10 minutes of starting up the computer. I've done some research into the matter, but I would like to here some suggestions and ideas to see if it's a software or hardware issue.

    Here are the errors:

    Stop - 0X0000000F4 (0X00000003, 0X8680FC08, OX8680FD7C, 0X805D117A

I'm also getting a Page_Fault_In_Nonpaged_Area error as well.

I've tried to check the memory with memtest, but it crashed in the process. I have a desktop I'm using to gather resource information and utility programs as well. Again, any help is appreciated.

    Bad Paging Space

Usually bugcheck code F4 is related to bad paging space. Run chkdsk /r and re-allocate the paging space may fix the problem. If you post the windbg report here, I can confirm whether your windows is crashed with bad paging space or not.

Since MemTest crashed when running - I'd suspect the RAM or other components that are associated with the test running. Do you have multiple sticks of RAM (so that you can test them one at a time)? You can also try stripping the system down to it's basics so that no other device can interfere with the test (just guessing here).
