browser re-directs on link

The above site contains a link for a driver which is xp compatable as the disc supplied with my siemense61 phone comes up not xp tested. Below is the link which re-directs my browser. (I have firewall diabled whilst downloading this file as recommended.)

If you can't get to the download link it must be your Security setting or popup setting. I get it after I OK the popup in iE6. Try setting your popup stopper to off. If no joy, place the site in your trusted sites.

Are you running XP SP2 + IE7? I get prompted to allow an ActiveX install by IE.

The sites show as 'green' via SiteAdvisor.
