    Hello Hawkeye

Welcome to the Best the WindowsBBS!

Put your Microsoft Office cd in the drive.

Go to Add/Remove in control panel.

Select your version of Office select "Change "

It will give you options to add or remove components.

    Choose Outlook! Wala!

    Good day,
    Mike

    Tried and got the folloowing error message;
The installation source for this product is not available.
Verify that the source exists and then you can access it.
Hopefully I have included an image of my Office Disk

Did something wrong I do not see it

You should be able to click on Setup.exe on the cd and add additional programs.

I agree but it won't, just going to have to assume my disk is
damaged and give up. I still have Outlook Express to fall back on.
Thanks for trying to help me

Outlook is not a standard Office feature. Depending on your version of Office, you can find using a Custom install that Outlook, Access, Front Page and OneNote are missing in any combination of those possibilities.

It pretty much is always included now with Office, but this was not always so. It was sold as a seperate product.

I am not discounting your belief this might be an issue with the CD itself; only that if it was an error reading the disk I suspect your error message would have been different than the one you received. You might dig through your drawers to see if there is a seperate disk for installing Outlook.
