BSOD amongst other things

BSOD's have gone, thanks guys. Unfortunately I still have/or have been reinfected with:-
thespyguard (found in c:\windows\system32\winsrv32.exe)
mywebsearch (found in hkey_classes_root\clsid\{147a976e-eee1-4377-8ea7-4716e4cdd239}
eicar.mod (found in c:\kav\personalpro\cd french\data1.cab[eicar.html]
evid found in c:\programfiles\pplive tv\synalivesetup.exe[evid4226patch.exe]

All of these were found with the online panda scan.

 

The only real threat there is the first one....try and manually delete it, see if it lets you.

Or you could run the KAV scan again, or your own onboard av, that should be detected and removed. There may be a running process with the same name, kill that first, delete file, reboot see if it's gone.
