Hello, For some reason OE6 creates a file such as s19g.m or s19g.12 in my c:\ root for each email downloaded. The file size varys from little to big. It loads up my hard drive. This has been going on for about a year. What can I do to stop it? Many thanks, and Happy New Year.

Do you ever delete any of your e-mails and then Empty the Deleted Items folder?

Hello, I often delete emails. The Empty Deleted Items is set to automatically empty the deleted items folder upon exiting.
