    address f7b0c5cd base at f7b07000 datestamped 41107d62
    stop 0x00000d1 0x0000000 0x0000002 0x0000001 0xf7b0c5cd

I have spoken to Dell and microsoft and they are unaware of this problem

0xd1 errors are some of the most common errors found under XP. I assure you that Dell and Microsoft know about the error. Their likely confusion is that you identified the error as being due to only a single computer model. That limits any response, and I would not be surprised if they told you that they had nothing of value to suggest about that particular Dell Model.

See at post #4 instructions on creating a debug session, and post the results of that session back to here: http://www.windowsbbs.com/showthread.php?t=60684

    Blue Screen

    thank you for you reply.

I forgot to add to the message previously that the file that had caused the bluse screen was usbehci.sys.

the blue screen has happened again but it is a different file NDIS .sys

    stop message

Without the proper symbols, the debug report could say nearly anything.

Move your download Symbols to a folder called exactly:

    C:\Symbols

    Regenerate the log.
