Folders protection with password

    any one tell me how i protect my folde with password in windows 2000 or windows 2003 servers

    It is not a supported feature of the security set.

    You can add third-party tools for this.
    You can encrypt.
    You can zip the folders with a password.

    But password protection on individual folders is not in the NT security model.
