After Deleting Some Pups, Upon Restarting My Computer, The Icon For My Verizon/yahoo Browser Was Gone. I Can Still Access It From The All Programs Page , But Not From The Program Page With The Background Theme. Any Suggestions?

    Hi Fritz and welcome,

Go to the All Programs page and right click on the icon > select "Send to Desktop as a shortcut. "

OK, but the previous method still applies to getting it back on the Desktop. Then to place it back on the All Programs menu, right click and drag it from the newly created Desktop icon to the Start button hold it there (continue holding the right button down) until the menu opens. Then drag it over to the All Programs selection and allow that menu to open. Continue to drag it to wherever you prefer it to be located on the All Programs menu. Then release the right button and from the resultant menu select "Copy Here. "

You can rename these new creations as you like so as to remove the excess verbage. Just right click and name as you like, no extensions are required.
