I Can't Renew Norton Systemworks 2005

Hi!

I just renewed my subscription for systemworks antivirus but I go and click on the renewal Centre button to put in the key but it just comes up with I don't have to renew until the 31/12/2006

So, can help tell me where and how to put the key in please it's doing my head in now

I asked for a refund for the subscription because Norton keep messing me around so another question I have uninstalled Systemworks 2005 and the firewall but I go to install them again and the stupid expired thing is still there. Is there anything I could use to uninstall systemworkds fully so I can start again?
