microsoft visual c runtime libary

    I advise against it, but there should be an entry in Control Panel, Add/Remove programs for the redistributable C or C++ runtimes.

    Won't this cause trouble? I would think there'd be an awful lot of apps that would require them. :confused:

    It surely can.

    I hope it is not because the poster is receiving an error similar too: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error"

    Removing the runtimes will not correct the error.
