[Links do not work in Outlook Express]

Thanks in advance for listening to me whine. I looked and could not find this posted. All of a sudden links in my outlook express email stopped working. I have read everything I can find and have done all the obvious things (like going to internet options and making sure internet explorer is my default and that the address was correct) and nothing works. I could really use some help.
