Hi, wonder if anyone can help with this.

I have a user who has a rule setup in Outlook to forward certain reports directly to a public folder. Works fine, so long as he has outlook open. Problem: He's going on holiday and needs the reports to still be delivered to the public folder for others to view whilst he is away.

    Any ideas?

    thanks.

Unless your company is running Exchange Server, leaving the pc on is the only way I can think of to forward the mail.
