My XP/sp2 has 4 USB ports. When viewing ports via device management,
(see attached JPG - observe the last 4 listings) only the last item states "Enhanced ", which implies it is USB 2.0. Are the 3 immediately above it 1.1 or 2.0? Is their a program / XP view which can provide connection type / speed when a USB device is enabled (stating connection at 1.1 or 2.0)?
    Thanks
    Dennis

A search reveals this. Also consider downloading the demo.

Newer computers have all USB2.0 ports.

    Thanks Sparrow

Yikes, some pricey hardware. Not sure what the download demo provides (requires registration / company name / development needs. Does the demo provide real time values of host computer or explains/displays highlights of product line. The company does offer "USB Analysis Software Export Functionality" for $299, which is used in conjunction with their hardware ($999.00 to $5999). Just a little over the top for my budget. :p :p

In reviewing my USB Device management jpg view, do all of the ports require the phrase "Enhanced" to function at 2.0??

Dennis I read up on this once and what I came away with is if it says enhanced it is 2.0. If it does not, it's 1.1
