I have installed XP on a new hard drive. All the settings are on the old hard drive still in the computer. Can I retrieve them? If not, how do I change the fonts in XP, OE, IE etc.?

Disply properties->Apperance tab->Advanced button is where you can change fonts.

The font for Internet Explorer can be changed in the 'Internet Options' of the Control Panel (or Options in IE). I think there is a similar setting for Outlook Express where you can change the default font or select stationary. HTH
