Outlook 2003 error message when trying to open .msg attachments

If some forwards me an email as a .msg attachment, when I click on the attachment this message appear "The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator ". I've tried clearing the form cache, increasing the cache size, deleting the file FRMCACHE.DAT. and even re-installing Outlook 2003. None of these methods have worked. If I save the .msg attachment to hard disk, it will open with out a problem.

I am using Outlook 2003 in an Exchange (2003) environment. It appears I'm the only user effected by this. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have the same problem, same error, same environment and the same results troubleshooting this problem. Anyone out there have any suggestions?
