WMV file playing

Hi:

This is an odd request, but it would be fun if it's possible.

Way back in the days of the old movie houses and "picture shows "
the movie would be shown in "slow motion" and at times in reverse.
The effects were fun such as a person divimg into the pool then
"undiving " from the pool.

Now we have movie clips known as WMV files.

Is there a program out there in the shareware world that will show
these files in normal "slow motion" and even in "extreme" slow motion?
Even perhaps in reverse !

jbarker--You can play in slow motion using Windows Media Player. I cannot tell you what version this started in, but it is in WMP11 and I am pretty sure was in 10.
View|Enhancements|Play Speed Settings. (You access View by right clicking on the little WMP icon at the top left.)
Backwards? Maybe some of the third party apps in this reference will help
