i found this in my doc and settings folder...is it spyware?!

    If it's slow without any programs running, don't open any.

    Is it slow all the time or only after it's been running a while?

    the only time it is slow is after it has been running for a few hours. but i'm not talking about losing just a little CPU speed. it gets so slow that it almost freezes and i i have to restart the computer. the computer is fairly new (June '06)and there has been spans of about a week where i haven't shut it off
