Ok guys, here is my prob. I got a windows 2000 proffesional Compaq Deskpro En Model P866 and this thang caught every single possible viruses and spyware under the sun. I'v tried all sort of removal programs and stuff and non of them work in fact it seems to be getting worst to the point where internet explorer will not even launch. I need to do a system recovery.... well I have no system recover Disc and nothing online that says where to download/buy one and on top of that i can't get help from compaq or microsoft cause the system is TOO OLD I mean ***! so please can someone please tell me if there is a way to do a full system restore to start from scratch or if there is another way to like burn the F%*ers out of my OS cause is driving me crazy.... Thanks Ya'll

Without a Windows 2000 CD I don't think it's likely to get this back to a working state. With "every single possible viruses and spyware under the sun" I think your only option is to reinstall Windows from scratch.

Have you tried EWIDO? I've had somne serious problems in the past and that software did wonders. I'm pretty sure there is a free trail which will at least get you cleaned up... worth a try...
