McAfee Problem MSKSrvr.exe

I hope I am in the right forum. In my computer task manager MSKSrvr.exe is running at 98 to 99% and really slowing my computer down. I can end process and computer works okay. I am runninig Windows XP and have run virus scans and a Hijack log and spyware and still am having problems. I was wondering if I can permanetly remove this MSKSrvr.exe or if it is essential to Mcafee Spamkiller. Thanks for any help.

 

I have been disabling this MSKSrvr through Windows task manager and it has really helped. I do think it is configured correctly although I will go to Mcafee support site and have them help me although from what I have been reading and finding they don't seem to help to much. Thanks for the Info
