General slowdown. HJT log included.

Hi again, just a quick note to start with, it seems I've become known amongst my friends as a bit of a "PC fixit guy," but only because of the great tech support I've received at this forum thus far. Thank you very much.

Here is another friend with another problem:

He has quite a new computer but has become aware of it running very slowly, even on a fresh restart.

Perhaps some CPU draining malware is running?

Just go to the appropriate letter, and search for the process/exe, they will give good detailed info regarding it, we use it quite often. If you can't find it there, then use Google.
