Need general purpose icons, free or low$

Hi,

I am looking for a source of general purpose icons (25-50 max), free or low$, nothing fancy, clean site and easy to use. Any suggestions are appreciated.

robls99--TonyT's suggestion of Iconsext is a good one.
Following is an old reference, but it may help you find other folders on your PC that contain icons using iconsext.exe. Many of the folders are still available in Win XP.

Click on the words "Icon Finder ".
You also can make an icon from any image that you can download from the web. Right click on the image|Save As. When saved, open it in a graphics editor such as Irfanview (www.irfanview.com). You can then modify it (such as change the size, dimensions, etc.) and File|Save as an .ico file.
There also are lots of websites that offer free icons
