Putting that HJT log in "code" tags makes it impossible to read.

I can tell you from the little that I could stand to read that this line is woefully incorrect:

    F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\scvhost.exe

At least have Hijack fix that line and reboot and test.

And do not place logs in code tags.

You have at least on bad worm, you have a serious Vundo infection as well, and it looks like Zlob has had a pass at your computer too.

    This is your worm entry:
    O4 - Startup: reg.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\system32\reg.exe

These are examples of Vundo and Zlob at work. You have multiple entries:
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0A10BB2C-400E-6862-3211-03BE3E43686A} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\anqbzze.dll (file missing
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {2CF0B992-5EEB-4143-99C0-5297EF71F443} - (no file)
