I have recently purchased a new computer with Windows XP and one of the programs that I regularly use does not print. The program is AutoSketch. It works fine while I draw a diagrm but when I print it all I get is a "ghost" print. Very light and unable to read without holding it up to the light. Any suggestions or help on this matter will be greatly appreciated as I use this program in my job. :D

Assuming you aren't aware of others running the app with XP and the same printer you have, my suggestion would be tech support or FAQs for the application.

wally - if you never had "duh" moments, you wouldn't be human.

General rules of thumb in this day and age:
    1. Everybody who produces computer stuff has a web site where they post updated drivers and suchlike.
    2. When you buy something new, the drivers that shipped with it are seriously out of date.
    3. Get and load updated drivers as soon as possible after the install.
    4. Set a restore point before you do #3 just in case it don't work so pretty good.
