Blocking a bad email & sending a auto reply in Outlook 2003

I get some emails from someone who I don't want. I've emailed them to tell them they have the wrong email address.
In Outlook 2003, I've used the junk mail feature and blocked the emails which go into the trash or junk mail folder in Outlook.

Is there a setting where I can send a automatic letter back to them telling them to stop each time I get a letter from them. OR is there a program I can use that will send a automatic reply back to a specific email address?

I 2nd that. ( having learned the not so nice way )

For quite a long time now I have used a Program called MailWasher from Firetrust. Just before coming here I checked the mail with it and deleted 10 trash mails.

Unless I am thinking wrong, WM deletes the mail right off of the server.

The problem is that someone's family has the wrong email address for a person. They have mine. I've nicely responded back to them telling them they have the wrong address and to change it but they still send their family emails.

Thats why I want to send an automatic reply saying "Hey stupid, dummy..." stop sending me your family emails.
maybe that will get their attention and finally fix it.
Its been going on for months.
