Having trouble with Royale Noir

I don't know if everyone has heard of this newly discovered theme, (More Info) but whenever I apply it, it works fine until I log off. When I log back on again, it changes to some Windows 98-type theme. This doesn't happen with any other themes, only this one. Anyone know how I can fix it?

Are you sure you are not restricted by Group Policy as to your desktop appearance choices?

Are you sure that the Themes service is running?

Are you sure that you copied the files to the correct directory?

Does it appear in Desktop Properties, Themes, As "Windows XP (Modified) ", and under the Appearance tab under Color scheme?

Did you save your Theme choice when you modified lunna?

The folder should be royale_noir, and not royale noir.

c:\windows\resources\themes\royale_noir

It should contain:

Shell (this is a folder)
Read Me.txt (a help file)
luna.mmstyles (the style setup file)
