    Hi,

My goal is to archive AND remove messages older than 9 month. All over my personal folders, no specific folder settings needed.

It seems Oulook only offers archive OR remove. Any hints? thanks, Jirka

    Using winXP SP2, Outlook 2003

Well, Archive and Remove are contradictions. If you want to remove, you do NOT want to archive...

Try this with a paper report: Filing it in a cabinet (Archive) and at the same time throwing it in a bin (Remove).... doesn't work...

What I want is to have it archived in archive.pst and removed from outlook.pst.
Now the message is just copied from outlook.pst to archive.pst, I want it moved from outlook.pst to archive.pst.

Say i no longer need the report hanging around on my work desk, i want it save in the cabinet just in case I need it in the future.
