remote access

Hi--
I don't use XP, but my folks just got it (XP Home) and there is a machine in my office that does have XP (Home)...

I tried to run remote assitance, but it says that it "could not be established because the remote host name could not be resolved ". I got the same message with either them trying to access mine, or vice versa. I followed the wizard and I get as far as the machines trying to connect and then the message pops up.

In checking past posts here, do I understand that I can only use remote assistance with XP Pro? What might I be doing wrong????
