slow p c [after IE7 install]

    I installed explorer 7 the other day .Now my pc is running slow? About 3min.to boot up and 3min.to shut down,also slow to change web page's.
    Help appriciated. Thank's

    Hello Tom,

    I've modified your title to indicate the problem started with IE7 install.
