I use OE 6 ad XP home SP 2. Whenever I print an email the the left side of the page always cuts off the first few characters and I can't figure out how to adjust the margins.
    Any Ideas?
    Thanks in advance as always.

    Use IE 7 Final.

It has a 'print to fit' feature that is just terrific.

In IE 6 the best you can do is set the margins to zero:
Click on File then Page Setup

Change the left, right, top and bottom margins to 0 then click OK.

floyd--In IE6 you can change the margins to 0 in Page Setup, but that will not stick. When you click OK, IE will automatically reset to the smallest margin, which for the sides is 0.125 inches. That still might be better (smaller) than the margins you have now.

Thanks guys. I guess I didn't realize that IE controlled OE page setup, but now that I think about it, it makes sense.
Problem solved and everybody is once again functional and happy.

floyd--You are welcome for whatever small contribution I may have made.
Do you use IE7 or IE6?

I've been using a browser called Slim Browser, by FlashPeak and really like it. I Think it is a shell of IE6. Haven't ventured to IE7 yet, but I like slim browser so much I may not bother for awhile.
    Thanks again

This metric is determined by the printer driver and not by IE. The convention is to set to zero and let the printer driver resolve the minimum default setting. You can have zero; it all depends on the printer driver.
