"My Computer" Icon Broken

Hi. Thanks in advance to everyone who reads this. A couple of weeks ago the "My Computer" icon stopped showing the drive list - now I get the flashlight looking for the broken link. Does anyone have any idea what could have happened?

Thanks for the help, sorry I'm so late in replying. I don't have a Tweak option on that menu, but the twain device item makes sense - the printer's down right now due to an empty ink cartridge. I let the my computer flashlight run, & the drives popped up after a couple of minutes. I'm having other weird problems though. I'm going to start a different thread because they're completely different.
