Nero Burner.

I have tried making an Audio Disks using Nero Burner and CD/RW Media, and my portable CD Player will not read them.

I have not had any problems using other programs and would appreciate if anyone could advise whether it is possible to do this using Nero.

 

I have not used Nero- but look at their website:

But your problem is probably due to your player not being able to play CD/RW disks and you may need to do them on CDR disks - look at the disk compatability of your player.

My CD Player is fairly new but I suspect you are correct that it will not play CD/RW Disks so I will buy another. After all, I intend to use my ex-spouse's Credit Card anyway.

 

Nero works for me

I have used Nero since I bought my CD Writer a year ago and it has worked flawlessly.

The only thing I use the CD/RW media for though is temporary disk storage of something that won't be used anywhere else but on this computer.

The CD/R disks are cheap but not cheap enough to use once and throw away and I don't like putting some things on a disk and adding to it later without being able 'hide' earlier recordings of some documents and information.

If you go to Nero's web site don't forget to update to version 5.5.9.0
