Problems displaying animated gifs.

    While on IE or mozilla I'm not able to view animated pics ( "sparkle tag, movie clips, etc. "

    melissa1975--What is the source of the .gif? In an email, downloaded, on a webpage?
    Perhaps of help

    Note also the possibility that Zone Alarm (version not stated) could cause the problem.
