Possibly camera or printer/scanner related. There's a current on-going post located in the "software forum ", see:
    http://www.windowsbbs.com/showthread.php?t=53813

    http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient-menuext&ie=UTF-8&q=instantshare

Perhaps the reg cleaner program cleaned a bit to much and upon bootup something may have been redetected and is requesting an install of instantshare.

Is you printer, scanner or camera software running as expected? Was it/they running well before the "reg cleaner" program?

Review the links provided and see if any suggestion or description sounds like it may hold the solution to your problem. If not, other solutions can be given.
