shcenter.exe Entry Point Not Found

    I'm using XP SP1 (cannot upgrade to SP2 on my Gateway which is about 4 years old) and only a few day after MS drops SP1 support I get the following error on boot up. This message does not appear on a safe boot.

    "The procedure entery point ?ShowCompressedPath@@YAHPAUHWND_@@HPAD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library ICOMPCLI.dll. "

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated. :(
