Whenever I restart my computer, not much happens. My wallpaper shows up, but no icons or task bar. Only about 1 in 15 tries will allow this stuff to show up, but when it does, it doesn't help. The few times that it does actually start up completely, it won't connect to the internet and then I get an error report and then a message that says the computer needs to restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) terminated unexpectedly and this was initiated by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM. How can I fix this?

Sounds like you've got a Blaster variant.
This MS Knowledge Base article has some steps to follow to verify that and how to remove it.

And please, colour doesn't add anything. Especially red, what with the blue background and green automatic advertisements.
