I'm glad to see this board back online. I recommend it to friends and find more useful information here than many places that I've tried.

YAY! I'm so glad to be back to this message board. This was the very first computer help message board I ever used and I was a member here for like 2 years. I really love this message board best. So glad to be able to use it once again. What happened in December was a sad ending, but let us consider this a new beginning.

Feels a lot better to have the board active again. I had withdrawel pains big time and have been looking for the email every morning since the "happening ".

 

Yeeeee Haw!!!! Like having a friend who'd been sick finally recover. Lost his memory maybe but healthy again.

Glad to be (and that you are) back, Arie!

I just took a minute to see if I had a record of just how long I've "leaned" on this (well, the old) Board... and found a thread I had printed out mentioning that I first registered on 3/29/99.
Betcha, too, I was getting a lot of help here long before that!

Have to say, I've got a BIG pile of thread print outs from the old Board and have used that pile many times in recent years! There just hasn't been a better place to find quality info from quality people, at least that I could ever find.

It's great to have you back! I've found this board invaluable for a couple of years now, and was really afraid it might not make it back up after being attacked. I'm glad you're here again.

 

Thank you, Arie and Joseph !! The service you provide with this BBS is immeasurable to those of us not born sitting in front of a computer. I'm sure, with the exception of the jackal that destroyed the old BBS, that your efforts are greatly appreciated by all. Thanks, again !!

AWESOME! SUPER! I'M HOME AGAIN! Like a few of you had mentioned, I too, have had withdrawals waiting for this new board to come to life. I have missed it SOOOOOOOO much! It's great to see some familiar faces and super to see some new faces. And I got to use my same name!!!

I like this new look and am still playing with the fonts and such. A little different setup, but easy enough to learn.

So then, WELCOME HOME everyone and WELCOME to all newcomers to the best (even better!) little BBS in the WORLD!

Oh....GREAT JOB ARIE AND ALL YOUR HELPERS!!!!!

 

It's great to have this life line back again, I can't begin to tell you how much I've learned from the old BBS.

Great to see some familiar names back too

 

Just one more note to let you know we are glad you are up and running. Will miss having that great repository of information for searching out problems but am sure it won't take long to build it up again. The new format is nice - but I don't care as long as we have BBS back again.

 

This board was the best source of online help I ever found.

I'm glad to see the board back too. The hackers who destroyed it should be shot. Why do they always have to hit boards that serve a good purpose, help people learn, etc., and never do anything to boards full of extremist wingnuts? Oh... Nevermind. The extremist wingnuts are the ones destroying everything. I forgot. How silly of me.
