I know why this has happened, however i donot know how to reverse it.

I had installed Java SDK and wanted to set the "PATH" environment variable to be able to run javac, java etc. -java related commands- from any directory and i set the variable "PATH" under User Variables for Owner to

    "C:\Program Files\Sun\jstudio_ent8\AppServ8.1UR2\bin;C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0\bin;C:\Program Files\Sun\jstudio_ent8\ide\uml1\modules\DoorsIntegrationFiles\modules\bin "

now i noticed that when i was setting this i have deleted previous path sequences.

    My question is:
What is the path for CMD commands of windows?

    Thanks in advance.

    My System is:
Windows XP Home Eng. - SP2

Add the following in Control Panel -> System -> Advanced -> Environment Variables -> Path

    %SystemRoot%\system32
    %SystemRoot%

    %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;

Of course this wouldn't reflect anything that you may have had added by other programs. For example mine, at the moment is:
    %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;c:\Python22;C:\Program files\PC-Doctor for Windows XP\WINDSAPI

That totally works, i had added those 3 paths just after i posted my question here, thanks to google :)
However it didn't first work (i didnt know that i needed a restart). and now it works.

    i have added:

    <systemroot>/system32/
    <systemroot>/
    <systemroot>/system32/wbem

Not sure which one helped me, but it works anyway..

    Thanks for your answers.

    Peace
