Pages are scrolling by them selves

    If IE - Possible auto-scroll was accidental turned on. If auto-scroll is active, their is generally a white / round floating icon on screen with up / down arrows. Does the page auto-scroll change speed when the cursor is moved from top to bottom of page? If yes, generally "middle click on the thumb wheel" is on/off default switch.

    I have pressed auto scroll a couple of times to make sure it's off.....noothing's changed. they go up n down i have no control
