outlook will not print external emails

I have a user on my network that can not print external emails from outlook

any body have any ideas im stumped????

external emails as in mail from a source outside your company?

What happens when they try to print?

yes emails from outsid ethe company

its office 2000

and all printing works fine apart from that

OK. This person opens an email and clicks the Print button. What happens?

if its one sent from in side the company it prints

if its from out side nothing and it dosent print
