    Some Of My Games Come Up As (out Of Range).is This A Graphics Card Fault Or Monitor

    The games wants to run in a setting that is not supported by your graphics/monitor.

    Even if changing those settings worked, I would still look at if my graphics system needed updating. Check for updates for the motherboard/chipset drivers or just reinstall the original drivers from the driver's CD. Same for graphics drivers.
    Note: Use the motherboard and graphics manufacturer's drivers. Don't use Windows Update drivers like it suggests in the article.

    Everest in my signature could help identify the hardware.
