Outlook Express convert from OS X 2003

    Well my Mac died and we are going to Windows. My only backup is a Mac firewire volume. My question is does anyone know how to import the addresses and contacts from Office 2003 OS X 10.4.7 to XP? I have the firewire drive connected and mounted with MAcdrive but where is the file to import?

    I could take it to work and export the pst file but that will be Monday. Any suggestions please.
