    Hey all,

Been a long while...anyways straight to the problem I popped in a dvd today that had a large amount of stored data on it and when the icons came up they all had a little green frog face over them. I googled this and found nothing. My antivurus software is up to date and finds nothing. Any one know what this might be???? Confused

    Thanks,
    FIREDANCER

I can't imagine what this could be, but it most certainly could not be malware related.

I'll move this over to the proper forum.

Based on the last 2 years experience dealing with malware, and the enormous amount of research done during those two years, investigating hundreds upon hundreds, if not perhaps thousands of log files, I have never come across any stored DVD which was fine when put away and then mysteriously appeared to have any malware on it at all.

Not to mention I have never run across any malware which altered any icons in this fashion. Malware simple does not operate in this fashion. None that I have ever seen or heard.
