I have Moz 1.7.13 and received an email from my anti virus company CA after I renewed with my product key and such, I read it and copied the pertinent information to a text file and then filed the email in a template in my inbox, I was wanting to read the information again and opened the email but the part with the key information and such was just an HTML script but if I click view, view source I can read everything. I have three computers and it is the same on all and at one time I could read the message fine in the inbox. Any ideas?

Where you trying to read from the Template or from the text file? The text file would not have the HTML info, and I have no clue about Templates, which are in a folder outside the Inbox. I don't understand how the "template" comes into the picture. I save messages in subfolder of the Inbox.
And, View source where? You can select View|Source| in three different ways. It should be as original HTML.

When I am in my mail program, under my email address, there is inbox, drafts, templates, sent and trash. In the templates folder there are several other folders in which I save emails, I placed the email in there and then went to read it later. When I have the email in question up I can click on View,Message source and read the message fine in the box that pops up, but in the in the email itself it is not readable.

    quickshot,

The usual fix for blank messages is to delete all *.MSF files in the problem folder. Have you tried that yet?

Using the Templates folder for archiving is very unusal. As Westside commented, it really is better to create a subfolder of the Inbox.

I would also delete the Cache folder, and XUL.mfl file contained in your *.slt folder.

I hope that it works. But, i must say that I have never seen at many folders. I thought that I had a lot (five), but you sure beat me.
