WSUS 3.0 administration console

I have WSUS 3.0 administration console up and running successfully on the server.

How do I install the WSUS 3.0 administration console on a remote XP workstation? I have read that it can be done, but I cant find the instructions on how to install the console for remote usage.

Is there an instructional link????

WSUS 3.0 Beta is running sucessfully on the server.

 

you need to install all the 3.0 mmc console on the desktop/server you would like to administer from.

then add this

WSUSSetup-x86.exe Console_install=1

you will get a error if you dont have mmc 3.0 installed

np, i did not do that also at first ... i forgot to install mmc 3.0 ... without mmc 3.0 you get a error when you try to install
